Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our members login page and any page where personal information may be requested.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Agape Fellowship Church website.  The personal information we collect is supplied by you either in writing or entered on this web site.  The information we request is used strictly for purposes of communicating with you by our elders or other church families.  This information includes:

1. The first and last names of members in your family
2. Your address
3. Your telephone number(s)
4. Your Email address(s)
5. Birthday (Month and day)
6. Wedding Anniversary
7. Baptism date
8. Other areas of interest of you and your family members.

The Way We Use Information:
Any information you supply us with is completely voluntary. We use the information you provide only for personal communications such as announcements and pray requests.  If you elect to share your contact information in our secured member's section, other Agape families may use it to contact you about Church or non-Church activities.  We do not share any information with outside parties and we ask every member to agree to our Terms Of Use which prohibits anyone from sharing this information, or to use this information for commercial or political purposes.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.  We do not ask for, nor maintain any financial information about any person.  You may elect to have any information about your or your family removed from the Church directory at any time by making your request in person, by phone, or through email.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally information online through our secured member's only section.  You may add, change, or delete any information we have on file for you.  Changes made on this web site will automatically be changed or deleted from all printed material made available by Agape Fellowship Church to other church attenders as well. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify the identity of every attender before granting access to the restricted members section of the web site.
